The Govt. College Drang at Narla has constituted the Parent-Teacher Association. The objective of the PTA is to make collective efforts to find ways to improve performance areas of the institution such as cultural, academic, social and ethical. PTA is mainly formed for the basic reason of taking into account the welfare and education of the learners. Parents and teachers suggest ways and means of bringing up well-educated, cooperative and well-behaved young citizens. Both parents and teachers seek effective ways of developing each child's potential. To help the institution, realize its purpose, parents can play important roles through PTA.
- Every student is supposed to contribute Rs 400 per annum towards the PTA fund.
- The General House of the PTA is held in July / August every year.
