Students play a pivotal role as primary stakeholders in the realm of teaching and learning activities, being indispensable for the effective functioning and success of the institution. The College Student Council/Association (CSCA) serves as a crucial platform for addressing student concerns, fostering problem-solving skills, and cultivating leadership abilities. Aligned with the recommendations of the Lyngdoh Committee and adhering to the regulations set by Himachal Pradesh University, the CSCA was established for the current academic year on November 10, 2023, as per the university's notification.
This nominated body consists of four executive office bearers—President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Joint Secretary—along with members from clubs and societies, rovers and rangers, sports, and culture. The CSCA actively contributes to maintaining an appropriate academic atmosphere and instilling a sense of social responsibility among students. Its constitution and activities are in strict accordance with established guidelines, ensuring a transparent and fair approach to student representation and welfare.
